Yes — your rental window covers everything from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, including setup, shooting, and cleanup. We recommend building that time into your reservation.

Cancellations made more than 14 days out receive a full credit toward a future booking. 7–13 days out receive a 50% credit. Less than 7 days before your booking, no refund or credit is issued. No-shows forfeit the full booking fee.

Open flames, glitter, confetti, smoke machines, and permanent adhesives are prohibited without prior written approval. When in doubt, just ask — we're happy to work with you on creative needs.

Absolutely. Outside vendors are welcome as long as they comply with our studio policies. We may request proof of liability insurance for certain events.

A security deposit may be required for larger events. A credit card is kept on file for all bookings and will be charged for any damages or excessive cleaning fees incurred during your rental.

Yes! We love hosting private events. Reach out to us directly for a custom quote and we'll walk you through everything, including a list of preferred vendors to help bring your vision to life.

DMS may capture content during events for promotional use. If you'd prefer not to appear in our marketing materials, just let a staff member know when you arrive and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Overtime is billed in 30-minute or hourly increments at the current rate, depending on availability. To avoid surprise charges, we always recommend booking a little extra time as a buffer.
